WHAT TYPE OF LEASE DOES The View On North OFFER?

The View On North offers only joint & several leases.

HOW LONG IS MY LEASE AT The View On North?

Each lease at The View On North is for a 12 month term. Leases will begin August 4th and go through July 26th each leasing year.

HOW DO MY ROOMMATES AND I GO ABOUT SIGNING OUR NEW LEASE?

The first step is to complete the leasing application on The View On North Website. Once that is completed, a member of our team will contact you and provide you the full, step-by-step application process.

HOW FAR IS The View On North FROM CAMPUS?

The View On North is less than 1/2 mile from Downtown Athens and an average drive time of less than one minute.

WHEN IS RENT DUE EACH MONTH?

Rent is due on the 1st of the month and is considered late after 5pm on the 5th. There is a 10% Late fee for any payment received after 5pm on the 5th.

Do you offer a furnished option?

No – The View on North does not offer a furnished option. Each home comes standard with 2” smooth finish window blinds as well as appliances but residents must provide their own furnishings.

WHILE I'M A RESIDENT, AM I ALLOWED TO HAVE A PET?

Yes, The View On North is a pet-friendly community. The pet owner must register the pet by completing the pet exhibit as part of their lease. Once the pet is approved by both management and the other roommates of the house, the pet owner must pay a non-refundable $350 pet fee. There is a two pet max for each home.
